As we enter our 31st year in business we are excited about being able to shop on our website. Our parents Jo Ann and Rene Delhomme started the business in 1978 in Lafayette, Louisiana. We are appreciative of all the wonderful people who have allowed us to serve them and strive to continue offering great service and products to all who continue to shop with us. We are happy to bring you a collection of Swimwear and Dancewear that has been chosen by us through a very selective and thorough process to offer you the highest quality so that you may rest assure you are buying the best products.

YOUR PRIVACY
Your privacy is respected at SwimDance.com. We will not sell or give away any information that you provide us. We process all credit cards through Verisign. Periodically, we may e-mail promotions. If you do not want to participate please let us know.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item or items it must be done 15 days from sales receipt date and must be unworn, unsoiled, tags attached, and in original packaging. Any merchandise that is sent back soiled, worn, tags off, out of packaging, or late will be sent back to you and a $10.00 charge will be added to your account. Exchanges in excess of $200.00 will have a 5% restocking fee. Dance Tights are final sale and swimwear and dance items can be returned in the time period. On the back of your sales receipt you will find a form to fill out. Please fill out the entire form and return for exchange using a shipping method that provides proof of shipment. We also recommend using insurance. We will process your return or exchange as per your instructions. With an exchange, please send $8.00 to ship the exchange. Since swimwear is delicate by nature we cannot warranty suit once tags are removed. Exchanges for the same item can be made in the store with a invoice. Free in store pick up is available. Just write in the comments section that you will pick it up and the date. Please give us 30-60 days to process returns.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. To exchange an item, just send back the items (with hangtags attached). State what size in the same item you would like to receive in exchange to the address on the back of our invoice. Please include $8.00(US) to cover the postage and handling charges to send your exchanged item with in the US. International exchange orders should include $28.00(US); Canadian exchange orders include $20.00(US). Exchanges should be sent to the address below.
